Are you deliberately trying to lie? I recall you mentioning Destructoid and they, giving it a 10, said something like the best or possibly best on the 360 and thats that. CGI stands correct on not many claiming to be THE very best on consoles alltogether. If you want to see that, go look up some UC3 reviews. Theyre very full of them.
And if you think im full of shit: I'd even be up for making a collection if you stand for the Halo 4 side and Ill handle the UC3 one. Yes, I am that into critics opinion and have far too much time on my hand. I am not disputing it being top 5-10. But THE best is pushing it.

Digital Foundry vs Uc3 didnt mention anything has best graphics ever.
Neither for Gears of War 3 or Forza MotorSport 4.
God of War 3 i didnt reat but that game blew my mind, the beginning is out of this world, what a masterpiece.

What I love is this old posting. Where people say yeah but like last year DF said UC3 best yeah.
That was last year. Other games have come out since then.
I also love the way people completely bypass the final verdict of DF Halo 4.
In an era where the likes of Naughty Dog and Sony Santa Monica have defined the graphical state-of-the-art with Uncharted and God of War, Xbox 360 finally has its own shot at the title - and it's a genuinely worthwhile, lavish and occasionally even breathtaking experience.
So yes maybe once upon a time Sony ad that spot secure. But alas 343i are now on the scene. And have proved the PS3 power myth was bollocks. Now we KNOW it was just development aimed at visuals for Sony early on. Whic benefited 3 or 4 studios for Sony. |
My friend, the gen is ending. DF says NOW MS has a shot. A SHOT! They got a shot when TLOU, God of War Ascension and Beyond is just around the corner. Clearly you dont even feel Gears had a shot seeming as you react thecway you do now. The fact that the reaction is not that of UC3s or GoW3 or UC2 in their respective years but just mentioned as a shot is laughable. Even DF states clearly that ND & SSM practically set the standard! Now they both have games next year while you somehow feel happy that 343 caught up to their 1-2 year old title with the greatest money in MS' history to support them. I think the game looks remarkable but not in the top three for me VISUALLY. Technically, aesthetically maybe! But pure visually as it is more open -> it cant compete, hence why I find Gears 3 even better looking thus why I feel the "SHOT" has already been reached with that. Jesus.
