I have all three peripherals, and my personal order of popularity is
PS Move > Kinect > Wii Balance Board

That order is primarily based on how useful/versatile I find them as a gaming device. I imagine all types of videogames I can think of, and for each game, I consider what my input device of choice would be, what peripheral would give me the best experience: a classic controller, the Wii balance board, Kinect or PS Move.

I consider the balance board the least useful. I think I would only choose it for games like Snowboarding, Skiing, Skateboarding - a tiny selection of sports/games where balance is indeed a/the critical factor.

Kinect's strength on the other hand are games where full body (especially legs) tracking is very important while accuracy and fast response isn't. For example dance and fitness games - for these two types of games I seriously believe Kinect to be THE perfect solution, I think for these games there'll never be a better type of input device.

PS Move would be my overall winner because I consider it the most versatile solution. (For the same reason, I would also place the Wii Remote above the other two peripherals) And I guess that's also the reason why this is the peripheral that I spent by far the most time with. I've spent probably 5-10 times more time with PS Move than with the other two peripherals combined.

PS Move is the reason I'm getting Cod Black Ops 2.  I used move with Killzone 3 (loved the motion controls but hated the game).  I have to agree with you that Move is the best functioning device of the three in the poll.  I've never tried a Balance Board, though.  At the same time, I recognize that Kinect is probably the biggest commercial success--or it will be someday.
