If somebody can compentely do their job then what is the issue?
There are studies showing assembly line working under the influcense of Marijuana are more productive than those who are not. I also have been told many graphic designers and other in a creative industry use it and are more productive.
But I do not want a pilot stoned. So I think it is not apropriate for some jobs.
