I should think so. Alcohol is legal but you can't show up for work drunk.

What I mean is some places do urine/hair tests to see if you have smoked in the last few days/weeks.  Could employers still deny employment if you don't pass a test saying you have done legal drug a few weeks ago?

I don't know how it would effect jobs in Colorado. I do know in 'liberal' California you can – if you test positive.  They even pass a bill that then 'govenator' Schwarzenegger vetoed saying that you couldn’t be fired if you used it medicinally (provided it didn’t effect your job.) 

Yes, he was, in my opinion, a coward,  even though there is plenty of footage of him smoking marijuana.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
