I should think so. Alcohol is legal but you can't show up for work drunk.

That's pretty difficult though, are there tests that you can do like breathalyzers to test if you are under the influence of Mariuana currently and not just test if you've smoked it within the last couple of days?  You can't show up to work drunk, but if you wanna get tore up over the weekend that's your business.  I'm curious how companies will handle weed if it isn't an all or nothing thing like it is now where they can just test if you've done any weed within the last few days or even the last month or so with some tests.
