Not sure about Monster Hunter Tri making the top 5 for most technically impressive graphics over games like Jett Rocket, Metroid Other M, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, and Conduit 1 & 2.

Tri had great animations, textures, and monster/environment modelling but little in the way of advanced shaders and effects.
