No it means that I'm saying something which could be construed as offensive but also saying that I mean no offense, I.E. I'm kidding.
Nintendo has a perspective and the rest of us also have a perspective. What is a big deal for them (squeezing heaps of performance out of a small case) seems like a small issue for an outsider (why not just make the case 50% larger by volume and consume twice as much power). Because for core gamers the games machine is an important part of their life they don't see it as being a big deal if it was slightly larger whereas for a casual gamer having a big huge box in their TV cabinet next to their diminuitive DVD player is a huge deal.

But are huge compared to this:

So they compensate by trying to do the job of the latter to justify their presence/size in the living room.
