No, actually its not. If anyone made a semi-racist statement it was Dallas. Anyway, she was giving out free KFC coupons to people because KFC was trying to change their image. Apparently they made a new recipe with healthier chicken that wasnt fried, so they gave it out to all the women in the audience. Oprah is perfect PR because she has the women of America wrapped around her thumb. My mother told me about it when I came home from school a couple years back.
