Considering they are adding the furies (born from the blood that came from the severed genitals of Uranus), I think they will add more info about him. Maybe Chronus in the game mythos did not killed him, so he we will be the new bad guy.
Also after the ending in GOW3, there is clearly another "power" in the shadows that has not been shown. And I think that power was the one that "revived" Athena, and use her as his herald in the game.
I think that it is quite obvious that they will add more story to the franchise via this game, in order to have everything ready for GOW4.
Ah the Furies are in it too? That's pretty cool, I wonder if we'll fight all three as one boss fight, or three fights one at a time... could be interesting, lol, and I do actually think Kronos will make an appearance, but there won't be a fight with him...
Considering they are the main bosses in the game, I guess they could do something like what they did with the sisters of fate. You first fight 1, then you fight another; and after that you fight the 2 at the same time. And when you kill both, then fight the huge ugly remaining sister. LMAO! I really dont know though.
