Perpective: Its not a charity or a group of friends getting together. Developers need to make money to survive. Sony are the ones that need to do something about the situation. No charity group is gonna risk their necks to save them when they themselves dont do it.
Vita atm = multiplatform or no go. Unless, you got a really good IP that can garantee some sales. It makes little sense to risk putting it on the Vita though.
