Which will sell more? Halo 4 vs COD Black Ops 2 (PS3)

I'm hearing the Halo 4 campaign is weaker than Halo 3. Mostly due to the confusing campaign...so I doubt it's gonna get 95 +. Although hopefully it will get 90-93!
