I would check the Kinect/360 tie ratio. Only a certain portion of people bought Kinect with the Xbox 360. Others just bought the peripheral who already owned it. Kinect is the major reason the 360 has kept its head above water for two years now, but I still think the bulk of the buyers already had 360's. If the Kinect sold most of the 360's Microsoft would be head and tails ahead of the 360 because they've sold 20 M+ units since Christmas.
