Critics just don't know what to do with the Vita. On one hand they review its games like console games while on the other hand they review it like a handheld.
Judging off of LBP's 88, Rush's 83, and Uncharted's 80 a 75 for Liberation is fairly good. On an unbiased and fair scale it would be a mid 80s.
