It's not that big of a banner. Besides how are they suppose to differentiate between basic forum users and the business/retailers/marketers VGChartz Pro is for? They would have to put into place a separate membership setting and I'd bet that would be far more of a hassle and destroy the visibility of the Pro service.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
