I think it is possible that the PS-Vita could sell less in 2013 but I think that would be the result of Sony waiting too long to cut the price and not cutting the price enough ...
If the PS-Vita gets a large enough price cut ($100+ when you include bundling) early in the year (January through March) they will likely see sales recover to PSP levels, but if they give it a small price cut ($50 when you include bundling) late in the year (October through December) sales will likely only improve enough to maintain their current pace.
