Ok I research on it and I've found out that GungHo have branch in America, Back on they days when PS2 are hit most of the good JRPGs are made by them, I hope they localize some of them lol. Game Arts and Xseed publish good games like YS how are they connected to Gungho? 

I think GungHo deals with their games that have some level of online or downloadables mostly. They mainly host Gaming Servers and assist with either development or Publishing.XSeed is pure Publisher for the most part, GameArts is pure Developer.
