Those are some interesting numbers.
Out of curiosity, do we have stats based on region ? I mean gaming in both japan and europe is WAY more expensive than in the US and we aren't super rich either. Take a look at the WiiU prices and bare in mind that the day one price of a game is an average of 55 euros here which is 70 bucks.
Your day one price of 60 bucks (45 euros) is a pipe dream for us.
