I've noticed that as well. But it actually makes sense for Ubisoft doing this; it's a new IP on a new console. They don't know if it'll be a hit or miss, so why pour money into a project if you don't know if you'll get it back? If it does well (2m sold copies) I'm sure we'll see a sequel with much improved graphix.
