Interesting that SK seems to own the Eternal Darkness IP, though. Unless they just intended to slap a different name on it if a publisher other than Nintendo picked it up.

Or they, with their demonstrably poor legal understanding, just decided they had the rights to it and would figure out the details later.

That's not as far fetched as it should be.
