Sure. I mean, I don't divide people between good and evil. I say that some are fortunate while others are unfortunate. The former usually have many reasons to be liked or loved while I feel sorry for the latter.
In other words: I don't believe in free will, therefore I don't dislike people for being unfortunate.
If there truly is free will though, I don't see why I would choose to like people who make stupid and/or overly selfish decisions for no reason.
