People would quit wearing condoms and STD's will run rampant. People are dumb and believe that the person they are sleeping with is clean and isn't a stanky hoe. Also Jews, and I believe Catholics, believe that wasting your seed is a sin. This means that having sex without the intention of procreation is a sin so they would pissed off. No solution will appease everyone.
