PS2's library absolutely kills PSP's library though. Maybe not if you only like JRPGs, but everything else...there is no contest.

This is true, but at the same time it's really easy to get a PS2 emulator on PC and play PS2 disks. PSP is portable, and last I checked there weren't any PSP playing phones.
