Anyway, are the trophies with Vita combined with the PS3? So if I got MGS2 on Vita, can I not gain the trophies I got on the PS3 version again?

Yeah, they changed the name from Folding Home to Life With Playstation a long time ago.  Maybe even years ago.  But, in your defense, I was thinking of Folding Home.  You're some sort of mind reader!
