All of the games won't have asynchronous multiplayer. Mario Kart and Smash Bros haven't been revealed yet, so we don't know what they'll do with those. COD is still COD. You can opt to use the Gamepad for local multiplayer as an alternative to splitscreen, or I believe you can still do splitscreen if you want. You can ignore the gamepad entirely for Mario if you want and play good old 4-player local multiplayer with Wii Remotes. And you should check out some Nintendo Land gameplay...
