You assume alot. Except for the part I may have alot of indisposable income right now.

Be careful when you judge. You never know what your missing in the grand scheme of things. I didnt research these things also as I never expected the Gamepad to be not needed to play all local multiplayer games.

Therein lies another problem. Wats the point of the Gamepad. Nintendo as always been about fun with family members. The gamepad does not fit that model.

Save yourself the trouble.   Go do some research.   Games still use the GamePad for single player games.  (a few will use the Wii remotes in single player with support from the GamePad).    Multiplayer games have gamers take on different roles.   1 gamer with the GamePad plays a different role in the game from the remaining 4 gamers.

If you are asking these questions and coming to the conclusions that you have, you've not seen much about the console at all.

I really need to look into this. So in the new smash bros 1 player does what, while the other does what? I really dont get it. Or COD. Does one drive aircraft while another is on foot?

Mario Kart, 1 throwing items, 1 driving etc?

I'll have a look at it all properly tonight.

I must admit, Im very concerned and shocked by all this actually. Im not sure how Call Of Duty and Mario Kart etc will work with multiplayer that way.
