Cross chat isnt a service, It's apart of the system, and its already in the PS Vita. The PS3 cant handle it because of ram, so its definite that the PS4 will have it. You're making no argument for the virtues of Xbox Live.

my argument is that i can't use my ps3 for it so why should i pay for psn when i can only use it when i pay for xbox live? it's not necessary if it is a problem of the service or the console the service is running on, as long as i can't use it, it makes no sense to me to pay for psn or even using it for free.
