Wii U can easily run what you saw in WatchDogs.

The neXtBox's difference to Wii U will be less than the difference between Wii U and PS360. Wii U's is barely being touched at this point. Just like 360 on its first year ports of last gen titles

yeah, the first games on all platforms are not representative of they real power :)
