Actually, comments aren't disabled. But I did just try to post and it said that my post will be reviewed by the uploader before it gets displayed (that sort of uploader monitoring is an option when uploading a video). I can only imagine how many comments have been posted already - someone's inbox for reviewing posts sure is filling up.
