This is really just reinstates what everyone already knows, the system is more powerful then the current systems. We still don't fully know the extent to which its visuals wills surpass them though.
However the comment about it using Movie quality textures on the occasion gives the impression that the system will at least be powerful enough to handle anything developers imagine in regards to 2D games and highly stylised art assets (like windwaker).
