you just need to eat right... you dont need to eat a ton... if you eat a ton you will get fat instead of muscular... you Fat Cells will get bigger and you will create new ones wich wont go away EVER. So you will install fat easier and faster
I reccoment eating 6-7 means a day with 25g of protein each... Dring Alot of Water and if you dont have time to eat as you want buy some protein drinks.

I personally cannot process that much protein physically.
If I'm drinking a shake, it should only be enough for 25g at once TOPS, but that will probably involve maybe one scoop/8oz of liquid, which results in fewer calories.
I guess it is better to break a normal 16oz shake into two separate ones several hours apart so the protein can actually be used as opposed to 'dumped' out.
