Some reason I couldn't beat it. I assume I suck at video games though. The level was cheap and at the very end I remember a very narrow path that you had to do with some bs jumps involved. I can't remember fully due to trauma but it was bad. I had problems with F-Zero GX like computer AI opponents plainly cheating (perfect performance). I had no problem with F-Zero X difficulty but F-Zero GX kicked my ass.

I personally found F-Zero X to be harder than GX, probably because of the controls.
The mission where you have to save Jody and the one you need to beat Black Shadow are 10x harder imo.

Hmmm.. been so damn long I don't even remember any missions in F-Zero X. I played the game so much that I was a pretty much bad ass at it. I know I am full of myself but I got a very good time in the Death Race. So good I would have to look it up. I actually got the game used and it had a very good score on the death race but I topped it. I am putting myself in the minute or so mark. I tried it over and over again till I just went on a killing spree with Black Shadow (I suck at racing with him but he is top notch at death race). I could check my time if it meant something but the only thing I know is I did pretty damn well.
Also, I considered the computer A.I. a lot more cheap and harder in racing modes on GX than X. The computer was almost unbeatable in harder difficulties to me on GX. I never was scared on X but GX just kicked my ass. I need Rol here unfortunately. He perhaps would stick up for me even though we aren't on the best of terms.

The missions I was referring are from GX, I should have made that more clear.
I suck at the Death Race, or even killing other players in the normal race. But it was fun, sad they remove the Death Race from GX, since I'm better in killing other racers in that one.
