If you want that feeling of virginity back, you need to resist the urge when a girl comes down on you, and find a woman you want (this girl seems like a good one), and build an intimacy with her. Then when you're ready, go for it.
Reading what you said, you would do the relationship first, sex second. It makes sense to me personally.
