I don't think it's going to, an it doesn't sell that much. It sells pretty good for an arty game, but SoTC sold 1 million.
I think the justification is. How much do they think they can make on it? and then How much money to they have to spend to finish?
As long as the first number is bigger than the second, I think sony might see it worth to finish, and it pleases their fans (unless its garbage).
