This makes for some really sad people. I have a friend who, even-though they are legally divorced, she will not date other people. She is miserable, and makes other people miserable. I don't think that is how we are supposed to live our lives.
It takes a strong person to accept that their marriage isn't one they should be in - for whatever reason. I think marriages should last for life, but I am not naive enough to think they all will. Nobody should be forced to stay in an unhealthy or unloving relationship.
As as far as annulments within a Church - most of them you pay enough money they will annul your marriage.
Dunkin' Donuts is supposed to have great coffee and they have donuts too!
