2nd debate, who won? Obama or Romney?

I've been dying to see someone call Obama out on his "top down approach to economics doesn't work" talking point. There is nothing more top down than government deciding on which companies to lavish taxpayer money and which to punish. Good to see Romney finally call him out on this.
