Horten said he planned it as a stealth plane. This plane was able to move 20% closer to its target before being on radar etc... Advance warning time was reduced from 16minutes to 8 minutes or to 2.5 minutes when flying 15 meters above sea level as was planned.
Everything points to the Ho2-29 being planned as a stealth bomber. Carbon paint, internal turbines, etc.
