Gaming culture has changed and no amount of teeth gnashing and breast beating is going to change that. Support the games you love and accept that others, possibly the significant majority at this point, do not share your tastes.
Look, to a certain extent I get it. I am dumb founded at times when some current crop of titles get the accolades and sales they do, I feel the same way about films, books and television shows at times as well. I just find that it is so wasteful to hate all the time over things that frankly are not as important as we may build them up in our myopic worlds.
