Killzone2 is rumored to cost 64 mil(it was only supposed to cost 32 mil but guerilla sucks at accounting apparently), and its going to be the 2nd most expensive game ever made next only to shenmue which supposedly costed 70 mil.
if MGS4 costed 70 mil now it would be on track to be the most expensive game ever made, and would somehow be making the news. but since KZ2 is still on track to being third and not second, i would have to say that your numbers are false. especially since you just "read it somewhere"
