You know, I wouldn't mind if the Wii U fan fired cats into walls. That'd be kind of cool.
I've said it before but, though I do believe failure rates will go up from the Wii, I also believe Nintendo will do what it takes to make sure there are no RRoD situations. I think failure rates will be acceptable for that level of heat. It's a tiny box, but the airflow diagram looks good--provided the heatsink and fan are up to the job.
