Also, all trailers on the official channels are 720p, even the ones that are well knwon to be 1080p

You're right sometimes 1080p games get 720p trailers.  But you were using the faux-1080p Tekken and Gaiden media as proof that they are full HD.  I'm not saying those games couldn't possibly be 1080p, but we have no actual proof yet.
