I never said or even inferred that the PS3 couldn't do 1080p. I just pointed to the fact that most games don't. Its not easy to achieve on the system. On the Wii U, however, it is.

Blops is confirmed as not native 1080p. ZombiU last I checked was also not native.

Where was it comfirmed that the Wii U version of Black Ops 2 wasn't 1080p?

By the way, CoD:BO2, Zombi U, Tekken are not rumored to be 1080p.  And all that's left are downloadable-sized games, so I would expect nothing less.

All media for the Wii U version of Tekken Tag is listed as 1080p.

Even if the rep lied and isn't BO2 isn't or Tekken has misleading officially released media, that doesn't change the fact the majority I listed, which are most of the Wii U announced titles, are confirmed to be in HD.

Guess what their source was for that information... wait for it... no source.  They just said it in a post, so I guess that makes it true.

In case you're wondering the Darksiders 2 dev stated early on that they are doing to upscaling whatsoever from the current PS360 releases.  I'm too tired to find a link.  There's been no Tekken 1080p confirmation, and AC3 and Batman are rumors as well at this point.  Ninja Gaidan?  No confirmation.  You can throw as many games in your list as you'd like, but it doesn't make it true.

So, like I said, it's only the downloadable-sized games that are confirmed 1080p in the launch window.
