Will smith has kind of lost his touch in the time he was away after that last movie before MIB3. He also got old fast in that time!

Lol Bomer not Boner. And he's in the show White Collar. 

And I never saw MIB3 so I can't really comment. He's still been great in recent ones though like Hancock and I Am Legend.
