Quit being a little bitch and power through the pain until your body just gets used to it.
GoldenEye 007 used to make me nauseous when I played it. Did I quit? Did I cry like a Jewish kid on Christmas morning getting another damn dreidel while his buddy opens a new game console? No! I kept playing until my body was ready.
