All with respective disc/carts, obviously.

Capcom will probably keep the online region locked, so different versions will definitely not be compatible in local multiplayer either.

I can see hope for American/European maybe, but historically the Japanese and English versions have not been compatible and use different save files.  In fact there have been equipment differences (weapons exclusive to each region) which would definitely hamper the prospects of crossplay compatibility.
