Exactly. It's the nature of hype - simple psychology - the grass is greener on the other side.
It's a sad phenomenon. I have it in me too. The upcoming games always seem so much more exciting than the unplayed games I already own, and instead of playing those I own I browse the internet in search for info about upcoming games.
