From what I've played and watched, this is pretty much correct.
It epitomises one of the biggest problem with games this gen; trying to be brainless Hollywood action and sacrificing substance in the process. It's largely one cutscene/QTE/scripted event after another with little in the way of intelligent gameplay or creativity. Camera is a pain too.
