Flop on the 3DS was Kingdom Hearts... blame the system, the game, the developer, anyone... to me it underperformed. Didn't flopped because well, 320k+ is still something... but it sold less than what it was supposed to do, imo.
But some performed incredibly well, even compared to the DS. Fire Emblem, Monster Hunter, Etrian Odyssey, Rune Factory
