The super slim PS3 stayed the same price. The Xbox, oddly, did not drop in price, but the price of the Xmas bundle released 10/4 is significantly lower, which explains its boost. 20 000 yen for 250gb, 2 games, 1 month of Hulu, and 1 month of Xbox Live. Normally, the 250gb console is 30 000 yen.
I actually walked into my local Sofmap today to buy the new bundle, but they were sold out. I ended up walking out with a lightly used GOW3 LE console instead.
