Unless you can see the future you don't have any prove that it will remain high, so at this moment it is "the same" than happened with the PS3. Nintendo could just release a lot of extra product and the grey market price will come down as fast (or faster) as it happened with the PS3 (also demand can decrease very fast), or Nintendo could not cover demand and the price can even rise more.
The point remains, it does happens to ALL consoles BEFORE launch and it was "the same" with the PS3, the speculation now is if it will remain high for a long time or come down very fast and about that we cannot ensure anything yet.
