Id say Cloud, Snake, Mario, Sonic, Link, Crash, Spyro, Kratos.

i don't believe kratos, spyro or crash are above master chief.  mario and sonic obviously are. cloud, not sure, japan obviously is all about cloud, usa maybe much more master chief.
